Location is close to Albir beach with good restaurants and bar easily in walking distance. apartment is spacious and well equipped and penthouse terrace lovely outdoor space.

3 sun loungers on terrace but cushions need renewing

Lovely penthouse with a great location . Very well appointed property , more home from home than holiday apartment . First class .

Notes appear on the doorways , very strict about noise . We are very boring and are never late to bed , heard the occasional furniture movement from the apartment below on two occasions and a noisy dog most days , but nothing to complain about .

Stille og rolig, veldig sentrumsnært. Godt utrustet leilighet. Vi synes det var så flott med den store uteplassen for bespisning og soling. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

everything seemed outdated. it was just about passable for “clean” we had to clean the bathroom as it was short of good maintenance. there was one set of linen for a 5 week stay. we had to ask for clean towels and sheets. the hob and oven for first 3 weeks was unusable. it was a very old appliance which didn’t work so eventually and possibly after previous complaints- the owner arranged for a new appliance. prior to that we had to eat out every day for some 4 or 5 weeks which really dipped into our budget. the tv did not receive many English channels. and there were no instructions. we are patient people and we did our best. we would never stay there again.
