Excellent location from which to enjoy Protaras, Vrissiana beach & Fig Tree Bay.

Wow! What an incredible apartment. The host thought of everything you could need, wonderfully equipped throughout. The location was excellent, 5 minutes from Protaras with all its facilities, shops & nightlife plus access to Vrissiana beach & Fig Tree Bay. But you are not disturbed by the noise from the pubs, bars & restaurants in the evenings. I felt at home from the moment I walked in, the bed was great, lounge area very comfortable, good shower, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and a massive balcony. Very impressive apartment, great value for money, I would recommend it to a solo traveller or a couple. An amazing experience.

Nice stay close to the beach

Very nice apartment in the heart of Protaras, close to the strip and the beach. Few good restaurants and many shops nearby. Apartment is big enough for two people, with big bathroom and huge terrace. Comfortable beds, lots of towels provided. Parking space in a private lot is a bonus. Communication with the host was good, we got all the necessary information regarding directions and getting to the apartment well in advance.

Apartment is facing a busy street, it's nearly impossible to enjoy the terrace because of the noise. Also kitchen cabinets could do with declutter and deep clean.

The best apartment !!! ❤️

This is an ideal apartment with a huge terrace and a very large and functional TV with all possible connections with a laptop or phone! Wi-fi speed always works. In the kitchen more-salt, sugar, tea, oil, pasta, etc. I felt amazing all the time! Hot water Super, towels, bed linen - everything is beautiful, quality! 10 minutes to the supermarket. Communication with the owner is perfect! Thanks! Come back with your family!

The apartment was exceptionally clean and everything I needed for a self catering stay was provided and very comfortable like a home from home. Everything was perfect - a lot of thought has been made to provide everything not only for the solo traveller like myself but also for a family.

Great location, easy to find and get access to. Great value for money - the apartment was well equipped and clean. Good communication with the host when I had queries. Seaview from the apartment. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay again going forward.

The Aircon was not easy to use initially but I requested help from the host and got an answer pretty much straight away. Lack of mirror near a plug point for drying/styling hair. Not enough towels - Had to request more but this was resolved quickly. The apartment is "slightly dated" and some appliances such as the microwave could do with upgrading.

Will most deffo use it next year!

Private parking, probably the best location to be, the apartment is clean and spacious with a big balcony. Probably the most important for us is that it is pet friendly and there was no discrimination on what dog breed it is like with some other places we stayed.

The aircon in the Livingroom was leaking and there was no mixer to make a frappe.

I totally recommend this apartment, fast response from the property for all questions occurred. Great location! Even in November- December the nearest points, as an example, Lindl, local restaurants are opened.

Great location ( at the beginning of a bar strip). 5 min walk to the beach. Supermarket Plus 3 mins away. The apt is well equipped with everything ( catlery, cleaning supplies, towels, blankets, clothes rack outside). Large balcony with sofas. Great water pressure, washing mashine and of course Netflix and youtube. Private parking behind. We enjoyed our stay

A very good spot for relaxation. No need to use a car to go to the nearest sea.

The location was perfect. Everything was nearby as it is very near from the Protaras square. in 8 minutes you can go to the nearest sea by walking. There is a coffee shop 3 minutes away from the apartment and in general whatever you need, restaurants , kiosk etc. The apartment was very clean and can have up to 4-5 guests. It contains a double bed and a single bad, plus a coach that can become a bed.

Cozy home with everything you need for life. It is a very nice, unobstructed view of the sea and the view of the church of Saint Elijah on 2 huge balconies where I drink my morning coffee. The apartment, including the all kitchenette, coffee, tea, spices, oil, just like home. I was in Protaras in December. When it rains all day, the apartment is warm. There is also a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a comfortable mattress on the bed, a washing machine and hot water. Just 1 minute there are cafes, many restaurants and bars, but the house is not noisy. I wish to come back here more often to relax by the sea.

- одлична локација, највише 10 минута хода до плаже или Лидла - близу аутобуске станице са које полазе многе аутобуске линије, укључујући и корисну 711 до Ларнаке и даље према аеродрому, на истој станици стају и Капнос шатл аутобуси, тако да је долазак до и од аеродрома једноставан - веома добра опремљеност стана, можете се осећати као код куће - веома близу многих места за јело, заправо постоје ресторани преко пута стана, 100м до Мекдоналдса - одличан контакт са власницима, Жељко је прељубазан домаћин :) - лако преузимање кључева (ормарић) - веома чист стан - веома безбедно подручје

-świetna lokalizacja, do plaży czy lidla max 10min pieszo -blisko przystanek autobusowy z którego odjeżdża wiele linii autobusowych, w tym przydatna 711 do larnaki i dalej w kierunku lotniska, na tym samym przystanku zatrzymują się również autobusy kapnos shuttle więc dojazd z i na lotnisko jest banalny -bardzo dobre wyposażenie mieszkania, można poczuć się jak w domu -bardzo blisko do wielu miejsc gastronomicznych, wręcz restauracje są na przeciwko apartamentu, do mcdonalda 100m -świetny kontakt z właścicielami, którzy są przemili :) -łatwy odbiór kluczy (skrytka) -mieszkanie bardzo czyste -bardzo bezpieczna okolica

Хорошие просторные апартаменты недалеко от моря и развлечений.

Понравилось что все рядом, расположение супер! Есть все необходимое на кухне, можно готовить еду. Есть холодильник, микроволновая печь, плита электрическая и духовка, чайник. Мы жили в номере 102. Спальня просторная, есть телевизор большой, кондиционер в спальне и в зале . Веранда огромная, вид на дорогу и ресторан. До Лидл идти пешком минут 10. Душ кабина, вода горячая. Вообщем жить с семьей отлично.

Ну может быть чтобы были немного лучше помыты полы при заселении и сняты паутины на балконе и на лестнице когда подымаешься в апартаменты. Они находятся на втором этаже, лифта нету, если кому тяжело подняться, то примите это к сведению. А так вообщем рекомендую эти апартаменты!
