Ambience
The restaurant during breakfast was very uncomfortable. The weather being quite hot, the air conditioners were not running. There are no fans. It is not comfortable to eat food in a warm restaurant. Live counters also adds to the heat in the restaurant. At a Taj restaurant one expects basic comforts. We personally felt that the servers at the restaurant should be allocated, specific areas/ tables. The requested item is brought after quite a delay, as the servers are attending to all tables at the same time.
