House was comfortable and bedrooms were spacious, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Some maintenance required, bathroom tile(s) were cracked and sinking. Bedroom ceiling has water damage over one of the single beds

A big home with all facilities and great location, 10 minutes walk to the main center

We did have a roof leak while here but management said they were fixing this after we left

Very comfortable, clean, the air conditioner was on when arrived on a hot day was appreciated,

Hot water system was not good, while in shower you are constantly altering the temperature, didn't matter which bathroom. Rubbish bin was half full and smelt bad, had a 11am leave but clearners turned up at 10am out front, was concerned we had times wrong

Gas fire place didn't work which would have nice to have for ambience. There were dead flies all over the windows and of course the blind leading out to the balcony was broken which I reported on arrival. No breakfast was supplied, when staying at Orford Panache last time. we were supplied with a beautiful basket of local produce and breakfast goodies. We only received tea/coffee at Dahlia which was a bit stingy!!
