We had a mixed experience at this property. The property was not clean on arrival (lounge rug covered in dog hair which we had to clean). Communication with the agent wasn't great- we felt unheard and provided with mixed messages when significant issues raised.The property is cute and well appointed.Some things for future guests to be aware of:Windows in the property do not open. Owners and agent could not find a solution to this during our stay.There are no fly screens on the sliding doors.The property is like an old cottage- wooden- very creaky.There is only one split system a/c in the living area. I do not think this property is well set up for summer guests for above reasons.

Perfect location and very clean. Had everything we needed for a great weekend away. Hosts made us feel very welcome. Definitely be back.

Communication was good. The house was well set up for pets, good wifi, deck was valuable. Overall the house was comfortable however there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance.Key issues were:1. blocked bathroom basin (we cleaned out a backlog of gunk under plug2. Sticking main bedroom door re carpet3. sharp screw protruding on main bedroom wall4. Bathroom doorknob kept falling off5. Piece of wood dowel with sharp nails initially fell out of laundry cupboard6. Zero baking trays for ovenThanks
