The location was beautiful and easily accessible, and the host was very accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean, and the added touch of a bottle of red wine and chocolates was much appreciated.
This by no means the host's fault, and the onus was on me to scrutinise the description and pictures to ensure that the room was what I wanted. However, I would like to point out that this would be the perfect room IF you travel by yourself (since the bathroom and toilet is in no way separate from the room). This is also not self-catering friendly, since there is only a kettle, microwave and bar fridge. We communicated with the host upon arrival to confirm that we could bring in our air fryer since we already bought food and didn't want the meat to spoil, which they graciously allowed us to do.

Hubby had to be in Saldanha for work on Wednesday and Thursday and we decided to stay over. Very cheap for the area. Comfortable and quaint.
Would have loved some decent coffee but we were close enough to the bigger town to get coffee. A shower would have been nice. Even if the shower was in the bath.
