The caretaker was so helpful. He really made our stay comfortable.
The checkin admin is horrible. The booking was not confirmed and the owners did not know of the booking, even though Booking.com had sent a confirmation of booking email.
Then we were told of a refundable deposit of on arrival and then the booking would not be accepted if we didn't pay it.

The house is beautiful and the man who looks after it is very helpful.
Late CheckIn was accommodated.
The location on booking.com took us to the wrong house about 10 min away. The estate wasn’t in the address.
The checkout time on our reservation was 2pm but we were asked to leave at 11am.
There was no generator for our stay so we had no power during load shedding.
The safety deposit was more than what was listed on the reservation.
