The Annexxe was wonderful. Small but perfectly formed. Very modern inside and beautifully decorated in the most heavenly surroundings. A real special place. Fantastic hosts too!

The annexe was a beautiful home for us for a week, while visiting family in the area.
It is completely secluded and private yet still close to Dorking town-center. We often walked through The Nower, which was beautiful to be around. The property & the hosts are exceptional.
The flat/living space is small cozy but has everything you need. All brand new appliances. Well kept, & very clean. We worked while our stay, the wifi was good, no issues.
I think once the weather is warmer (starting May) it might be even better with using the patio space. We'll definitely be back.
Nothing really. Just need to know that you will be walking approx 15-20 minutes to town center. Coming back is a bit of a uphill (be prepared). Having a car might be useful or if bikes are available for rental that would be a plus :)
