Personale disponibilissimo, non parlante inglese ma con un sistema di traduzione simultanea eccellente. Servizio lavanderia gratuito e veloce che si è rivelato fondamentale se non altro per rinfrescare la roba e non tenerla in valigia impregnata di sudore (37 gradi con un tasso di umidità pari all’85 %)
Aria condizionata troppo alta nella hall e soprattutto non ben distribuita

Funcionários extremamente gentis e solicitos. Os quartos não são grandes, mas mto aconchegantes e espaço suficiente para 3 pessoas. Decoração mto bonita! Eles não cobram por absolutamente nada e oferecem vários tipos de amenidades.
