Very Good area, very bad value for money

The area where the property is located is amazing and everything was very clean and neat. Crans-Montana is a very good place for families with a lot of entertainment for all ages. Nice furniture. Slopes are amazing even when not snowing much.

The appartement is absolutely NOT fit for 3 adults and 3 kids. It shouldn't even appear in the search when booking. Consequence is that value for money is very very bad. In addition we lost time to setup the Wifi that has been changed 12 days before we arrived and information were not updated in the check-in package, same for the so-called included Netflix and Zatoo were we had to help property owners to re-setup everything. Pillows, bed-sheets and sleeping facilities were not sufficient and all the answers that we got it was that appartement was compliant with booking.com specifications. You wouldn't expect any of the above given the money you pay. Overall not good for money and I strongly suggest both property owners and booking.com to review filters and proposals. The property is barely ok for 4 people.

A very comfortable and nicely renovated apartment. extremely well equipped! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook family meals.. including condiments, I was very impressed. The owners have really thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and I loved that they provided tips on where to go and what to do. Great, central location and secure parking.

Mattress was ok, but not amazingly comfortable. I like a soft mattress but it was maybe a bit too soft for me. This is possibly just a preference.

Sa situation et l’aménagement pratique et joli.

Pas de rideau à la fenêtre dans le coin salon où nous avons dormi sur le canapé- lit, et comme il n’y a pas de store! Pas possibilité d’obscurcir ni d’avoir d’intimité, il y a un immeuble en face. Lit bb présent comme demandé mais fermeture-clic cassée, nous avons tout de même pu le bloquer pour l’utiliser😅 et l’avons signalé par un mot en partant.

سهولة الوصول الى الشقة مع وجود بارك للسيارة ووجود المسبح والحديقة الجميلة الذي ساهم باستمتاع الاطفال وكانت جميع الاحتياجات متوفرة دون نقص مع المكان الرائع حيث يوطد سوبرماركت على بعد ١٠ امتار مع صيدليه ومطعم بيتزا تقريبا سكن متكامل نظافة جيدة مكان جيد خدمات رائعة واي فاي وكل شيئ جيد

لايوجد شيئ واحد فقط الاغطية لم تكن كافية لان عددنا كان ٦
