Ótima localização, perto da praia, lavandeiria e farmacias…
Banheiro bastante encardido, dava nojo de tomar banho e encostar nas paredes, alem de pequeno, o vaso sanitário estava meio solto, as fechaduras estavam com defeito tmb. O sofa esta na madeira, nada confortável e o berço o colchão estava fundo, dava dó de por minha bebe para dormir, porem a cama de casal era pequena. A verdade é que precisa de uma manutenção, mas mesmo assim o custo benefício valeu.
