Top location, within a walking distance from the cable way and from Siusi town center. The staff is extremely welcoming and the rooms are simple but clean and in perfect alpine style.

WOW!!

This place is wonderful! So cute! Very Alpine. The view out of our window was unbelievable. It's a 5 minute walk from the cable car. The staff is super friendly and make you feel a part of their community. Everything in the village is walkable from this place and the 170 bus from Bolzano is just steps away. I will definitely be back!

Cozy and comfortable, but be clear about what exactly you need

Very cozy, large comfy beds and a good breakfast.

One of the rooms we ordered was a triple room as it was essential we have two beds. They still gave us a room with one double bed. After complaining, they said they didn't have any triple rooms available. Eventually, though, they did just give us an extra room free of charge so that we do get what we paid for :)

Greatest host during my Italy trip

The host, she was so friendly, introduced us the restaurants nearby and advice us local tips. Even print a leaflet on activities and what happening nearby by putting on our breakfast table.

This hotel is a short walk away from the cable car up to the Alpe de Siusi, as well as walking distance to a few nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful

Good stay, convenient to Dolomites sites

Location of hotel was great. Breakfast was also very good. Size of room was fine. Our hosts were delightful and very personable.

Lack of air-conditioning made it a little uncomfortable, but we managed. However, having left the window open for some air, we got quite a bit of cigarette smoke into the room from the outdoor seating area just downstairs - and that was not very nice. The parking was a little tight and it took some maneuvering to get our vehicle situated properly.

Beautiful room with a stunning view and wonderfully caring staff.

The room looked even better than in the photos: a balcony with a mountain view, a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling window, everything clean and tidy. The host is a lovely woman who kindly left the key for us as our arrival time shifted slightly. Breakfast was standard: cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bread, cereals, juices, coffee, desserts, fruits, etc. Coffee is made separately using a good coffee machine, not from an automatic dispenser. It would’ve been nice to have a few more vegetables at breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal. I even know they offer dinner and a glass of Prosecco, but unfortunately, we missed it — I’m sure it’s wonderful. Also, during the day, they offered us coffee and apples at the reception. The town is very small and charming.

Lovely stay!

They didn’t show best pic of their location! Literally right out the back of property is a HUGE mountain peak!! Just beautiful!! Right next to ski lift. Plenty of restaurants around in the peak seasons.

Great place to visit and explore Seiser Alm by cable car

The staff is great and very welcoming! We loved the modern interpretation of 1920th style of the bar and breakfast room.

The rooms facing the street can hear the road in front of the Hotel, but windows close out the sound nicely. During our stay there was no traffic during the night.

Beautiful hotel close to Alpe Di Siusi. The owners are the most friendly and welcoming people I’ve ever met during my years of traveling. They are kind, respectful and extremely generous. I’ll be back here without a doubt next time im in the Dolomites.

Exceptional

The hotel was very close to the gondola to Alpe di Siusi, our main destination. Siusi was a lovely town and we really enjoyed getting to know it. The owners of the hotel were wonderfully friendly! The hotel was older but in very good condition - best hot shower we had on our whole holiday! Parking was available on site.

Overbooking

I never write negative reviews, but this time I decided to do it because I am very outraged by the attitude towards the client. In my case, overbooking occurred due to the fault of the hotel, although I booked the hotel 3 months in advance. 4 days before check-in, I informed the hotel that we have a dog, they told me that having a pet would cost 10 euros / day. On the way to the hotel, I called to tell the exact time of arrival, but signera Uli told me that there was a failure in the internal customer registration system and she did not have a hotel room for us, but she would solve this problem by our arrival. As a result, signera Uli found us a lower level hotel (1 star) for the same price, although the hotelier has the obligation to "reprotect" the customer according to articles 1175 and 1375 of the Civil Code and the customer must be "reprotected" at a nearby hotel (at the hotelier's expense) of the same or higher category. We were settled in a single room (15 m2) for the price of a double, although there were other prices on the website of this structure, even for a dog wanted to take 10 euros instead of 5. There was no soap, no trash can, terrible pillows, bad smell. The next day we found another very good hotel, but the first day of the long-awaited vacation was ruined

Excellent location, friendly owner, great value

The staff was extremely nice. Communication was easy. Breakfast was simple, but served its purpose (coffee was good). The bed was comfortable. The view and location were outstanding. The guest house is very close to the gondola.

We had no wifi signal in our room. A signal booster on the first or second floor would be a cheap and easy way to fix this issue.

Friendly, comfortable and clean

The rooms are simple but very comfortable and clean. All the staff was friendly, specialy Silvia. The location is great, you can walk till the cablecar to Alpi di Siusi and to the little town center of Siusi. Our room had a balcony with view to Siusi church. Easy and free parking.

Not fresh bread everyday. But the rest of breakfast was good!

La posizione è ottima : a cinque minuti a piedi dalla funivia per l'Alpe e cinque minuti dal centro di Siusi. I proprietari molto ospitali, gentili e disponibili. La camera è spaziosa e il bagno grande. Davanti al Garni è possibile parcheggiare l'automobile. La colazione ha ampia scelta tra dolce, salato, frutta, yogurt etc.. La disponibilità dei proprietari di servire la colazione prima dell'orario previsto.

La struttura manca di ascensore e la colazione viene servita dalle otto, un po' tardi per chi deve salire all'Alpe per una lezione di sci alle 9;00, sarebbe opportuno che venisse servita dalle 7;30.

Skvělá poloha blízko kabinové lanovky, výborné snídaně, příjemný a milý personál, každý den úklid. Rádi se vrátíme.
