La ubicación y la urbanización con piscina

Había bastantes cosas que no estaban bien como que no salía agua caliente de la ducha el agua caliente no tenía presión y cuando ponías agua caliente se apagaba. Por otro lado, todas las sartenes se pegaban imposible cocinar. Este fin de semana ha hecho frío nos dijeron que poniendo los aires a 30° estaría la casa calentita y para nada salía el aire congelado. La ventana del baño tampoco cierra y entra frío por ahí. Las bombillas de las mesitas de noche tampoco funcionan están fundidas. Los botones del microondas tampoco van bien.

Всюди брудно! Ми з сімʼєю не змогли відпочити, елементарне виспатись після дороги оскільки над нами робили ремонт. Кожного ранку ми посилались від страшного грюкоту , свердління і т.д. На наше звернення господарі помешкання взагалі ніяк не відреагували. У помешканні несправна електрика тому ми не змогли швидко заготувати їжу бо вибивало.

Cómodo y espacioso

Apartamento amplio, con todos los utensilios necesarios y aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio. Piscina limpia y con poca gente!

Que había obras en el apartamento de arriba y de al lado. Y las sartenes podrian cambiarlas, se pega todo, están muy mal.

Estancia muy regulera

Tiene aire acondicionado y la casera era bastante maja.

El piso estaba muy sucio, al llegar encontramos en la nevera un pollo en mal estado, fregadero y bidé llenos de arena de los anteriores inquilinos, sillón y manta sucios, además de que en los cubiertos quedaban restos de comida entre otras cosas. Por otro lado el ascensor estaba averiado y fuimos avisadas por los vecinos en vez de la casera y había obras en el piso de arriba. Por último, la lavadora soltaba agua y salía para el pasillo llenando de agua todo aun sin darle uso y dejaron solo dos rollos de papel para 4 días.

PARA NO VOLVER

Lo único bueno es la piscina

Descargar las cosas del coche, llegar al apartamento a soltarlas y volver a bajar para coger el resto y desaparecer 6 botellas de agua. Las tumbonas todas con candados y las que habían sin candado estaban rotas, eso se avisa. Nada estaba limpio, principalmente el mal olor a tabaco que ha permanecido durante todo el hospedaje, la mala ubicación del garaje que no es la dirección facilitada es otra. Siete veces saltaron los plomos al tener dos fuegos y la televisión puesta, por no hablar del humo que se crea y se distribuye por todo el apartamento, y para acabar las obras NO AVISADAS que habían en el piso de arriba. Y claramente, la playa no está a 350/400 metros, está más lejos. Un royo de papel para 4 personas durante 2 días y medio. Claramente hay una mala comunicación o una NO comunicación con la persona que está en booking y con la que me recibió, yo avisé de que no llevaba un niño de 1 año, que era de 11 y me dijo que no había problema, cuando llego al apartamento me dice que en la reserva pone que es un niño de un 1 año.

El apartamento estaba sucio, sin tazas para el desayuno, malos olores en el cuarto de baño ,inodoro roto,la nevera sucia con comida en el congelador, el aire acondicionado con suciedad de meses...lo único que le salva es el WiFi
