Gostei muito do apartamento, muito aconchegante e confortável. A localização é muito boa!!
O portão para entrada e saída, devido à falta constante de internet, não permitia o acesso, e a portaria nunca estava com alguém disponível para ajudar.

O apto e condomínio são bons .
Nao sei se zelador/síndico, a piscina só ficou disponível 3 dias depois que nos acomodamos . Fizeram um lixamento de deck no apto em baixo. O pó de madeira fez um estrago em tudo que estava pra fora . Mas creio que foi atípico.

Condomínio lindo e bem localizado, área de lazer ótima com piscina, apto confortável bem equipado, limpeza ótima.
Portaria remota sem informação que dificulta acesso ao condomínio, ficamos perdidos na chegada ao local sem orientação. Anfitriã atenciosa.
