A very light place with efficient heating, outstanding shower and a couple of minutes from the beach.

The location is outstanding, very short walk to the beautiful beach. Great accommodation for a couple. The shower was wonderful, but be careful as it is very! hot. The host is super friendly and helpful.

The sofabed was a little uncomfortable, but good once you found the right location.

Lovely little apartment, 15min from tunnel. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Off street parking and beach across road

Great place, easy access to the beach across the road

We only had to walk over the road to have access to the beach, the kitchen had everything we needed, nice place to stay

we did not have access to a WIFI but that was mentioned, my teenage daughter was not impressed with my booking

Lovely flat in an excellent location

Flat is beautifully furnished, and in a very nice location close to the beach and Eurotunnel. We had good communication with the owner who gave us clear instructions on how to reach the property, since the Satnav would not accept the street name. Her daughter met us on arrival and showed us round the flat and was very helpful.

The access to the upstairs flat is by a steep stair which would be unsuitable for anybody with any mobility problems. We didn't work out how to use the stovetop, instructions would have been useful. I'm sure the owner would have come to help us but we used the microwave instead.

Nicely decorated, good distance to the beach and terminal for Le Shuttle.

Extremely squeaky sofa bed. Would have been really lovely to have some hand soap and just 2 (or more) coffee pods to make a drink.

Perfect location (and price) for your Chunnel crossing

perfect for an overnight stay when crossing the Chunnel; very friendly hosts; parking right in front of the house (and it's safe); beautiful beach access literally 1 minute from the apartment; nice view to the private garden of the owners where two cute dogs can be watched when they play;

Attention! The very (!) steep stairs to the apartment (which is basically a little loft above the owners garage) may be non-accessible for persons having troubles with physical problems (e.g. elderly people or travelers with large suitcases); as mentioned in other reviews: There is NO wi-fi access (be aware, parents!); the sleeping sofa is ok for one night (2nd night you will encounter back problems, I guess).

Clean; comfortable studio near Cap Blanc Nez, beautiful beach just across the street where you see the ferry's leave for the UK. Beautiful walks in the vicinity. Restaurants/bars in Wissant or Calais. Loved it here. Great Price/Quality. See you again!

Pleasant

It was unsafe for a young family- there are patio doors which have no way of locking them at all (and this is on the first floor). The apartment is also very unfinished. I contacted the owners while we were there via booking.com and they were uninterested.

Good access to Eurotunnel

It takes only a few minutes to get to the Eurotunnel terminal. The beach is just across the street, which is nice in good weather.

The apartment is a converted garage that is accessed through a tight wooden staircase, not ideal with large suitcases. For a family of 4, the available space is a bit tight but acceptable for short stays. The bed sheets for the sofa bed were missing, but promptly provided on request.

Needs finishing touches.

Cleanliness and location to beach

No kettle for tea, sofa bed not comfy but OK for occasional use, rear patio windows not suitable for younger children because they cannot be locked shut. The timber across the rear patio window is not strong enough to hold larger children or an adult. Entrance is through a garage and up narrow stairs so not the easiest of access. All these things can be easily remedied.

Locatie is ideaal. Klein appartement waar alles voor handen is. Gezellig ingericht. Handdoeken voorzien en bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst.

Chambre d'hôtes/ petit gîte très agréable, calme et près de la digue. La literie est confortable, l'accès à la mer est facile. L'accueil est sympathique. C'était un très agréable petit séjour...nous retenons l'adresse.

L’accueil plus que glacial, la propreté et les équipements à revoir en profondeur, espaces très petits, manque de place dans la sdb, lavabo de wc dans la sdb, matelas de mauvaise qualité, vue sur le jardin mal entretenu et non arboré, odeurs nauséabonde des poubelles à l’entrée du rbnb, 2 planchettes et 3 cintres en guise de penderie. Bref une belle arnaque et à fuir

Super rapport qualité / prix

Très chouette petit appartement à proximité de tout! Plage à deux pas, commerces à 5min. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique, disponible et accueillants. Nous avons même eu droit a un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons pu avoir l'appartement dés notre arrivée 2h plus tôt que prévu. Place de parking juste devant. Draps de bain et linge de lit à disposition.

Il manque peut être une petite armoire de rangement (vêtements) et une connexion Wi-Fi.

Accueil agréable, bien situé mais peu de confort

Les clés ont été remise directement par l'hôte Xavier qui est très agréable, et disponible. le logement est bien situé juste en face de la plage.

le confort de la literie est très minimaliste ( canapé lit et le lit). logement sans volets et sans rideaux occultants. Porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas bien ou alors avec beaucoup de bruit.

Bel hébergement très bien situé

Hébergement conforme aux photos. Joli, bien aménagé et équipé. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour se retrouver à la plage, c'est un vrai plus. La boulangerie est à 600m. Proche des 2 Caps.

Attention hébergement non accessible aux PMR ou personnes ayant du mal à monter des escaliers. Je dirais qu'il manque un petit rangement dans la salle de bain, mais rien de bien grave.

Het (bijbestelde) ontbijt was goed. De douche/wc was prima Bed in de slaapkamer is oké voor 2 nachten Kon om 12.30 uur al inchecken Goede verwarming.

1. De slaapbank in de woonkamer is slecht. Een volwassen persoon (laat staan 2) kan er nauwelijks op slapen, het buigt door en kraakt. Hooguit geschikt voor klein kind. 2. de trapverlichting brandt maar kort.

La décoration, l’aspect cosy, l’agencement, la propreté

Nous sommes très sensibles au bruit ce qui nous a un peu gêné le soir…. De plus, le canapé lit fait beaucoup de bruit a cause des ressorts, et les oreillers n’étaient pas de très bonne qualité. Mais ce ne sont que des détails ! Cela n’a pas nuit à notre séjour dans le logement.
