Lovely setting on the river

Lovely setting and fun space. Comfortable living room/ kitchen area, and one bedroom. Great location with restaurants nearby.

The second bedroom was very tight, no room around the bed, no room to put your bags down and unpack. The space could use hooks and shelves. This house boat would work best for two adults, rather than four.

Absolutely spectacular stay!

Absolutely amazing stay at this fabulous houseboat. So relaxing and beautiful. We are sad to leave but will definitely be back.

There are some people who do come down the dock and it can be a bit startling when not expecting anyone.

La maison sur l'eau est une belle surprise. L'emplacement est parfait, le lever de soleil sur le seine est un magnifique spectacle. La maison est parfaitement équipée, le rooftop très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans problème

C’est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette House boat. C’est à nouveau une très belle expérience. C’est moins calme que lorsqu’elle était amarrée à Vaux sur Seine mais c’est bcp plus l’accessible à Conflans et la ville est très jolie. Elle est très bien équipée, la terrasse est extra et le cadre est top. Accueil très sympa

Petit bémol : les allers retours de la navette amarrée juste à côté qui va sur l’île d’en face (heureusement non présente le matin)

Courte évasion !

Très original et très dépaysant (plutôt qu'un énième hôtel "business" de Zi) Quel plaisir de prendre un café en regardant le soleil se lever sur la Seine ! Séjour et 1ere chambre vastes. Lits confortables. Il y avait 2 capsules Nespresso offertes. Penser à apporter les siennes pour gros buveurs de café. Excellents restaurants autour (cf Aux Berges du bonheur, ou resto italien)

ça tangue un peu étrangement au passage des bateaux et ça peut indisposer certains ? (mais ça fait partie du charme) Surtout peu ou pas de rangements donc moins pratique pour les séjours longs. Pour 1 à 3 jours, c'est très bien.

Pour un week end depaysant pas loin de Paris

La maison est situee sur un bel emplacement sur le fleuve. Il y a quelques petites ballades à faire autour. Elle n est pas tres grande mais suffisante pour un week end depaysant pas loin de Paris.

Depuis peu, tous les week ends, une navete fait l aller retour vers l autre rive toute l apres midi. La navette est collee a la maison, les passagers empruntent la passerelle d acces a la maison, cela nuit au calme et a l intimite du sejour. C est un peu dommage. Aussi, il manque un peu plus d equipements: seche cheveux et ustensiles de cuisine.

Außergewöhnliche Location für Kurzurlaub auf der Seine

Toller Blick & Ambiente. Ruhig, hell und trotz Hausboot ausreichend Platz für die Familie. Gute Ausstattung, auch mit Hund kein Problem. Sehr schöne Umgebung.

Séjour unique!

Lieu unique. Vue exceptionnelle. Logement confort et cosy , très bien décoré. Nous avons aimé être bercés au rythme de l'eau. Les équipements sont exceptionnels: babyfoot, plancha et chaises longues sur le toit terrasse, fauteuils conforts sur la terrasse du bas. Notre séjour était magique à tout point de vue.

Er was geen kast, klerenhanger of een haakje om je jas of kleding te hangen. Mijn dochter kreeg last van “zeeziekte” ze is ergens anders gaan slapen.

Original, dépaysant et très proche de Paris Bateau installé en pleine vieille ville de conflant Ste Honorine Le petit déjeuner de Giagia, un must !!!! Le restaurant, Au berges du bonheur, top et à 2 pas du logement
