Skøn beliggenhed og dejligt stor lejlighed med lækker karbad. Gåafstand til indkøb og flere spisesteder.
Sovesofaen i stuen var enormt hård og dobbeltsengen havde også en ret hård madras. En topmadras på begge dele ville være dejligt. Der manglede lidt køkkengrej, de eneste knive var en ekstremt sløv brødkniv og en lille bitte urtekniv.
