Sehr moderne und von der Ausstattung her kinderfreundiche Wohnung. Ruhige Lage, Geschäfte direkt um die Ecke, alles gut zur erreichtn. Moderne Heizungs- und Lichtsteueerung, alles top. Im Garten großes Trampolin, sehr kinderfreundlich. Spiele und DVDs für die Kinder vorhanden, sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Schnelle Antwortzei auf Fragen.
Die Treppe in das Obergeschoss ist sehr steil und glatt, hier würde ich mir auf den Stufen einen Rutschschutz wünschen, ein Kind auf Socken kann dort sehr leicht ausrutschen und gefährlich stürzen.
