10 mins walk from york central-big one bedroom apartment - including allocated car parking- 2 mins walk to ASda ,cafe shop ,restaurant . Site manager Michelle is excellent.

The property was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed. It was about a 10 min walk into the centre of York for us, but we do walk fast. Good parking at the property. The lady that met is there was friendly and helpful. There were 3 supermarkets within a 5. In walk of the apartment which was useful.
There wasn’t really anything to dislike.

Spacious, bright, close to food store, easy walk to city centre, secure with locked gate.
Bed was low, no cleaning cloths or kitchen roll paper, broom was broken, nonstick cookware was damaged and there was only steel utensil to use in them. Windows were draughty considering it was only 6 years old.

location was fine just a 10 min walk into York city centre
bad smell from bathroom. boiler made an irritating noise that kept us awake all night.
