Villa Stone House

Pobyt w tej willi był naprawdę bardzo udany. Znajduje się ona w urokliwej, spokojnej wiosce, co daje niesamowity klimat i pozwala poczuć prawdziwy lokalny charakter tego miejsca. Dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok – idealny na poranną kawę. Bardzo podobała mi się również możliwość obserwowania codziennego życia mieszkańców – można zobaczyć, jak wygląda ich rytm dnia, co dodaje autentyczności całemu wyjazdowi. Sama willa była bardzo czysta i schludna, wszystko było dobrze przygotowane i zadbane. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje także ogród – piękny, zielony i starannie utrzymany, który tworzy świetne miejsce do odpoczynku. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce osobom, które szukają spokoju, klimatu i prawdziwego doświadczenia lokalnej atmosfery.

Niestety dojazd do willi okazał się dość problematyczny, mimo że wcześniej otrzymaliśmy lokalizację od gospodarza. W trakcie pobytu zauważyliśmy również brak kilku podstawowych rzeczy, które zwykle są dostępne w tego typu miejscach – takich jak herbata, kawa, cukier, sól, pieprz, oliwa czy worki na śmieci. To drobiazgi, ale znacząco wpływają na komfort pobytu. Materac nie był zbyt wygodny, choć możliwe, że to kwestia indywidualna.

Lovely spacious, open plan layout. Everything you need for a home from home stay! Lovely grounds, well maintained gardens. Pool, sun beds, breakfast table outside the kitchen. Fabulous ocean and mountain views, if peace and tranquility is what you’re looking for, you will certainly not be disappointed. Beautiful small village with a couple of shops and cafes, the taverna was closed for the season so any dining was in Latchi of Polis, no problem if you have a car!

Fig and lemon trees, spacious kitchen, large enough and well maintained pool, comfortable bedrooms and high quality linen. Bathroom very clean and well maintained. Overall right choice for a relaxing holiday. Location about.7-8min drive to the nearest beach and supermarkets which.means rental car is a must

No air-conditioning in the living room, but generally comfortable temperature even when outside was 32 degrees.

The villa itself is superb, pool is great although a bit chilly mid October. Everything is neat and clean. Local village has a cafe and a bar which will do you for the occasional meal but all the action is in Latchi which is miles away.

Our problem was that when we booked the position of the property was incorrectly shown on booking.com by 2 miles! The villa was advertised as being close to the beach whereas it is well over an hours walk away. We were forced to using the car for everything. Neither booking.com or the villa management would let us cancel the trip. We had already bought flights and a hire car which left us in a no win situation.
