Location, view, clean, modern kitchen

Floors were waxed and like a skating rink. We almost slipped and fell multiple times. No lamp or side lights in rooms especially living room. I like soft low lights at night, not over head. It would be nice if there were two smaller recliners in the room overlooking beach instead of just one big one.
