The location right on the bay was nice. Grocery store and Mos restaurant nearby is good.
This condo needs serious updating and some repairs. The one lamp by the bed has a broken switch so you can’t turn it on; the LR curtain has a broken connection to the rail and is very heavy and hard to open; the carpet is stained in front of the fireplace; the baseboards need to be painted; kitchen cupboards and drawers are very old and hard to open; some marks/stains on countertops in kitchen; couch is old and there’s no ottoman to put feet up - not comfortable; the tv is the smallest we’ve ever seen in both LR and bedroom and jammed into a corner behind a big lamp in the LR. We paid almost $500 with the fees for 2 nights - could have stayed oceanfront in a nice hotel for that price.
