It is very central and the beach Spiaggia Rena Bianca is only a 7 minute walk away. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby, including a cute town square. If all windows are closed, it is very quiet, even if there is noise outside. The check-in was simple, the hosts made sure of that.
I definitely want to come back to Santa Teresa and if I do, I'll make sure to book here again. Plus, I'll recommend to friends and family. All in all, a great trip.
There's nothing to dislike for me.

La situación, el tamaño y el interiorismo de la habitación. Estaba todo muy mono, muy nuevo y con muchos detalles. La habitación con dos ventanas en ángulo que la hacían super ventilada. El baño grande y muy bonito, también con ventana al exterior.
La cama era cómoda aunque se hundía un poco en el centro y te quedabas inclinado. El somier hacía bastante ruido cuando uno se movía.
Por la noche había que cerrar las ventanas para evitar el ruido de dos bares de copas. Es una desventaja de estar tan céntrico, aunque bien resuelto con los cerramientos, habría sido más agradable dormir con la brisa tan buena que había.

New, clean, good air conditioning, good hot water, comfortable beds. Awesome location right on the street with shops, restaurant and close to the main town square. Windows were good so we were not disturbed by the street noise (which became quiet around 1 am).
Claudia speaks English and was very helpful in guiding us and answered all our questions.
Some reviews complained about the breakfast - but it’s fine because you get your choice of coffee, pastry and juice at a very nice ocean front bar. Not comparable to a big hotel breakfast spread but this isn’t a big hotel, it’s a boutique hotel.
You have to find a parking spot in the town streets if you don’t want to pay at the big lot close by. We were able to find free parking every day even though was the first week of September. I can see this being far more difficult during peak season (July & August).
