Good value basic B&B, great food and very reasonably priced. Welcoming staff who were on hand for any issues (not that we had any). Parking available in small car park and also in the street, (very narrow) Bus runs regularly to neighbouring areas. Loved the pool table and Juke Box
Really needs some TLC, curtains didn’t fit the window and blind was small also. We had room 2 and the shower holder was cracked so we couldn’t raise the shower up. Decor is dated and a lack of sockets, if I didn’t have an extra long flex on my straightener, it would have been impossible to use close to the mirror. More than 1.5 mile to Holmfirth, closer to 2.5 so for us not walkable.

Everything was just what we expected, great staff , great location , great food. Location perfect for travel to the picturdrome venue .

The lady who is front of house was very miserable not very welcoming
The room was very poorly set out not very clean bathroom was dirty too
