Good value for money a short way out of attached

Reasonable priced,clean and good sized rooms. The owner was very entertaining and the evening beers on the patio were lovely.

I chose this because it was very close to a Michelin starred restaurant I wanted to go to. I knew this would be very bare bones. I was the only guest, and I assume they can only accommodate a few people. It really is a farm. So expect no frills. this is a bed and a bath and that is it.

Internet was good. The rooms were clean.

The photos on the website do not compare with reality. The lounge/dining room is not what was shown on the photos. When entering the site you are met with dilapidated buildings, , holes in the road, a general feeling of neglect.

Impression of a somewhat chaotic management, sheets not ironed, access path in poor condition. Copious breakfast but of average quality: especially the coffee. In a "farm", we would have liked some farm products instead of industrial products.

Naturel et convivial

Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons trouvé un acceuil chaleureux de la part de Denis. Le petit déjeuner simple et bon . Félix le chat nous a fait l honneur de nous saluer, Patau, le chien une Truffe d Amour. Un lieu simple, naturel, presque comme chez papy.

L'organisation extérieure, un peu bohème, mais l'important n est il pas l echange avec les hôtes.

Это небольшой фермерский дом, в 40 минутах пешком от Этрета. Напротив есть остановка автобуса. Чистый воздух, приятный хозяин. На территории лошади, павлин. В комнате чисто, есть кровать с белоснежным бельем, телевизор, также душ и туалет. Горячая вода и вообще очень тепло. Спалось отлично, матрас удобный. Утром хозяин довез до города, ему отдельное за это спасибо.

Не минус, а один нюанс, утром разбудил павлин. Но если есть беруши, это не так страшно. И не нашла как приоткрыть окно, было немного душновато.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Bon petit déjeuner La chambre et modeste mais très confortable avec un bon lit, une salle de bain chauffée avec une douche très agréable. Ce n’est pas un hôtel Cher ! il n’y a aucun luxe mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Je recommande pour petit budget. Par ailleurs, nous étions nombreux à jouer au golf ce jour là, et beaucoup de gens avaient réservé dans un hôtel proche de la mer et ils ont très mal dormi à cause d’une fête sur la place qui a duré jusqu’à 2h du matin

Ein idylischer Aufenthalt, wie schon lange nicht gehabt: ein süßes kleines Zimmer auf einem kleinen französischen Bauernhof mit Katzen und sogar einem Pfau, ganz liebe und sympatische Besitzer. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, ein Parkplatz kostenlos vor der Tür. Nur 3 km nach Etretat.
