When we needed breakfast it was exceptional and good value. Location to family was great and the hostess, Julia, was very helpful. The "Hobbert House" was a little smaller than expected, but we managed.
Would probably been a lot less cramped if we had been in one of the "A" rooms

Room too small. No room for cases. Shared bathroom not ideal.
