The Location was really good, and the room was clean, nice and quiet overnight. There was bonus with the AC working and the owner was very accommodating to drop the keys over as we were a little later arriving because we struggled with the road directions to the room.
In no particular order: - Microwave had rust in it, the plugin air fresheners are overpowering and awful, the bed is uncomfortable as you roll into the middle all night and the bathroom door needs some kind of handles and stop on it also some signs on the light switches would be good in my opinion. I know it was near the centre of Seville, but we stayed just outside of Cadiz the night before in a similar sized room with a small balcony, spa/pool for half the price.
