Location was excellent! Next to Balboa Park. Reasonable and the host was responsive. Clean and beds were comfy. Definitely recommend this apartment.

The location across from Balboa Park and minutes to Gaslamp was very nice
Parking can be hit or miss; it's street parking and very little non-metered parking available nearby unless you want to walk a block or two. Also, if you want to park in the apartments' garage, it's $20/day

It’s close to Balboa Park and to little Italy.
Aquí tienes el texto completo en inglés, claro y adecuado para una queja: The place is too noisy; you can hear all the footsteps and voices of people passing by and going up the stairs. In addition, you can clearly hear the noise of airplanes landing nearby. The mattress was dirty, and the sheets on one of the beds had a blood stain. As for the kitchen facilities, there were only very basic items such as coffee, salt, and sugar, and there were not even napkins or cooking oil available to prepare meals.
