Het uitzicht over de Gudena rivier en het achterliggende natuurgebied vanuit het huis en de tuin was top. Het levendige gebruik van de rivier door kanovaarders en af en toe zwemmers, was een leuke bonus. De keuken is erg goed ingericht, de leefruimte en het salon zijn zeer gezellig. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd. Er zijn erg aangename fiets- en wandelroutes in de buurt.
Het huisje wordt voorgesteld voor zes personen, en dat is eigenlijk boven de limiet: met slechts één badkamer waarin zich ook het toilet bevindt, wordt samenleven met zes een uitdaging. De derde slaapkamer is eigenlijk ook te klein als volwaardige slaapruimte voor twee. In het dorp zelf is redelijk weinig te beleven.
