Quiet area, very close to beaches and amenities. Pool was excellent. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a real bonus.

Location was great, close enough to all resteraunts, shops etc. Villa and pool exceptional so quiet and relaxing. Host met us with keys and showed round, we could not of asked for more from the whole holiday.

Excellent area, close to so many things / beach / shops / restaurants / malls and activities - by far the best location we've been in in Spain...

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the property fell significantly short of expectations, especially given the higher price point compared to similar rentals we've had before. While our host was pleasant in person, the overall experience was heavily impacted by cleanliness, maintenance, and usability issues: ​Cleanliness & Hygiene: Upon arrival, we found dirty crockery and cutlery, a used dish sponge, no drying cloths, and threadbare towels. Decorative pillows on the beds and couches were stained and had a strong odor. The lounge couches are worse for wear, with visibly dirty cushions, and simply covered with a throw blanket rather than being clean. Outdoor furniture was filthy. Additionally, we discovered mold in the passage and the children's bedroom along with pest issues (cockroach nymphs) in the shower. ​Maintenance & Plumbing: The ensuite bathroom was unusable due to a severe plumbing odor that we had to temporarily seal ourselves. While a plumber visited, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the air conditioners were so clogged that one stopped working entirely, forcing us to clean it when we couldn't reach our contact for five days. The front door lock was dangerously stiff, and a kitchen cabinet appeared loose on the wall. ​Missing & Broken Amenities: The coffee machine was missing a key part (rendering it unusable after we bought pods), the oven lacked basic trays with a broken internal shelf, and the outdoor sun loungers were broken and dirty. Basics like laundry detergent and a sufficient supply of dishwasher pods were not available. Furthermore, the roof terrace featured prominently on the listing was completely inaccessible to us. ​We ultimately felt like we paid full price for a space where key facilities were either unusable,dirty, broken, or improperly maintained. Apologies were offered, but no actual solutions or partial refunds were provided to make up for the disruption.
