We had an enjoyable stay for two nights.

The appartement is located just at Beachside with a beatiful vieuw over the sea. This appartement has also a large terasse and our car had a place just in front of the appartement. The comfort of all the rooms was OK. We had an enjoyable stay for two nights.

The kids loved visiting Nausicaa the giant aquarium which was only 10 min walk away!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, suitable for all, great balcony with amazing seaviews. Would stay again.

1.Chances of public free parking near apartment are pretty much zero unless amazingly lucky. Had to pay 20 euros for use of garage as parking essential, as stated on my booking and messages. Thankful garage offered but at no charge would of been fairer. 2. Some basics in kitchen would be ideal (juice, French stick & milk). No supermarket near to walk to and on short stay little time. 3. There is a loud pipe banging noise every time taps or shower used that needs fixing.

Every fixture and fitting you could need and a vast terrace from which to view Boulogne.

One night wasn’t enough to enjoy this amazing apartment in Boulanger, with its grandstand view of the sun setting into the sea. Every detail has been considered and the kitchen is better equipped than many homes! The terrace is vast, with large dining table, gas barbecue and rattan armchairs. Such a pity that the weather didn’t encourage us to use it! We must return, buy seafood on the quay and enjoy it on the terrace with a chilled bottle or two. Only that will do this apartment justice.

The weather. And perhaps the lack of a soap dish in the bathroom.

Great, big terrace facing the ocean. Good location. The property is situated only 700m from Nausicaa, which was the goal of our trip.

No heating. This aspect stressed us the most as we were traveling with our small child. Weird smell, especially around the bathroom area and second bedroom. Too expensive for what it offers.

Superbe appartement en front de mer, tout a été parfait, avoir un regard sur la mer en permanence c’est vraiment exceptionnel. L’appartement est tout prêt de Nausicaa nous avons marché 5 min et nous y étions ! Les restaurants du centre ville sont fort agréable, le petit déjeuné en livraison a été très apprécié également. Tout est très bien pensé ! Dès que l’occasion se représente nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

L’endroit est juste top, la vue mer est magnifique. Les coucher de soleil sont magiques.

Le seul petit bémol, si on peu dire ça. On entend fort ce qu’il ce passe dans immeuble.

Une belle vue mais...

La vue magnifique

Pas de chauffage la première nuit prétextant une "coupure du syndic" sur quoi nous avons rebondit envois justifiant que l'annonce portait bien mention chauffage... bref après qques échange par whatsapp, la propriétaire nous suggère à moi, mon épouse et mes deux enfants de deux ans de simplement se couvrir avec des plaids en espérant que le syndic rallume le chauffage centrale.. résultat, elle a eu "la gentilesse" de nous remettre le chauffage le lendemain en me disant quand même qu'elle avait un petit de 2 mois et qu'il se passait bien de chauffage!!! Un comble lorsque nous dépensons presque 350 euros pour deux nuits! La météo affichait 12 degrés max avec pas mal de rafale...résultat, mes deux enfants ont étés contraint d'aller chez le pédiatre a leur retour de sejour en urgence samedi apres midi...bref sale experience pour nous avec nos deux loulous malades par leur négligence.

Agréable week-end ressourçant

L'emplacement avec la vue sur la mer aussi proche est exceptionnelle. C'est vraiment ce que nous recherchions😊 La décoration et le confort de l'appartement ainsi que l'équipement et la propreté sont top ! Et même des attentions auxquelles nous ne nous attendions pas comme du café, du thé, confiture et chocolat à tartiner en portions individuelles étaient à disposition. Tous ces critères sont réunis. On s'y sent comme chez soi, très cosy ! 😀Nous y reviendrons certainement😁

Je n'ai aucun point négatif à décrire, tout était parfait.
