Le traffic de la route adjacente et vibrations, une chance qu'avec l'air climatisé les fenêtres fermées on entendait peu le traffic.

L’accès au petit coffre sécurisé pour les clefs n’est pas évident. On a dû téléphoner aux propriétaires qui ont été, par contre facilement accessibles. Le visionnement de la télévision avec Netflix un peu ardu pour des habitués aux cablodiffuseurs.
