CASA MONTES

We had an outstanding 10-night stay at Casa Montes in Playa Blanca and would happily give it 10 stars. The villa is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and comes with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is wonderfully warm, the air conditioning keeps the rooms perfectly cool, and the spacious outdoor area provides plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine in peace and quiet. The location is ideal – tucked away in a calm, residential area with no road noise, yet only a short drive or a pleasant 20-minute walk into Playa Blanca town centre. It’s also perfectly placed for daily walks or runs up Montana Roja, and just around the corner from the new Lidl for easy shopping. Our host, Eva, was fantastic throughout – always friendly, helpful and providing excellent communication and information. Casa Montes is a true gem in Playa Blanca, and we can’t wait to return.

The property was in a very quiet area. Good location. Villa had everything you needed and the hosts were always on call, very friendly and attentive.

Eva and José are fantastic hosts. From the start of the booking, they were available for any queries we may have had and once we arrived, they were attentive and keen to ensure everything at the villa was to our liking and that we had a great stay (even accommodating our late arrival and departure due to flight changes). The property is immaculately maintained both inside and outside, with many thoughtful extras provided; the garden and outside dining and seating areas are beautiful, spacious and private and the heated pool was definitely a big hit. The property is well located on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, about a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant and shopping areas, though a car/taxi may be necessary to visit the Rubicon Marina area which also has some lovely restaurants (recommend Casa Carlos) and the Playa Blanca weekly market. The fantastic Papagayo beaches are also worth visiting, though with the heated pool and lovely garden it is very easy to relax at the property. There is a very good road network on Lanzarote so it is easy to visit other resorts and attractions, which Eva was also very helpful with and keen that we would enjoy.

Nothing. Eva and José are wonderful hosts, the property, pool and gardens are really well maintained and throughout our stay, they made sure we had everything we needed for fabulous holiday. We look forward to returning to Casa Montes next year, maybe for even longer! Thank you Jose and Eva x
