The house was so cute and cozy! We loved the view, the smell of wood, the amenities, the large windows and all the beautiful little details.

House is very nice, really amazing and luxury. The house is in a beautiful setting, close to the forest and a stream. Wonderful environment, silence, peace. 15 minutes to Zakopane center by car.

These guys should learn how to do costumer service, becouse they dont know to do it yet. I really almost never give bad recomondation, but now I have to, becouse owner should learn from it. First day, when we came in the house, we realize that fireplace, that we were looking forward the most, was not clean at all, and there was unborn wood in it. They told us to not use it, becouse its broke (kidding me?) We clean it up buy ourslefs and use it. When I wanted to set up temperature, I set it but nothning change (there was 22°C). Only owner can set it up. When we go to sleep, outside lights is set up to light until 02.00, so you feel like in New York city (next day owner set it until 22.00) Next day owner came with his mother to clean up fireplace, I was in Zakopane, my girfriend stayed in house. They didnt have our permission and they went in, couse they thought house is empty. When they realized that my girfriend is upstairs they was very sorry, and lied about that they were calling me, and agree with me to come in. They not give you anything about accomodation, like wifi password or some information aboir nearest shop etc...
