House was absolutely beautiful , location was perfect just a short walk down the hill to some shops , the views are breathtaking . Everything was perfect, so clean couldn’t have stayed in a more beautiful house .

What we absolutely loved: * The house itself is simply gorgeous: beautifully decorated and with well-designed shared spaces. You can enjoy it as a larger group while still finding some space to be on your own. The photos on the site are a true representation of the rooms and facilities. * The views from the shared spaces and two of the three bedrooms are absolutely beautiful. The third bedroom looks out on what is currently a building site (no noise or work carried out there during our stay). *The on-site manager, Ms Anna, is incredibly helpful, efficient and just plain lovely. A real asset to the place. * The house is super well-equipped: anything you may need is there: from a wine opener to a sandwich press. * While far from Zakopane, it is really conveniently located for other beauty spots and en route to Poronin Sky Walk. The following are not negatives, but something to be aware of so that you're not caught out: - you really need a car - it's a remote place and taxis (Uber/bolt) are not as readily available as they may be closer to Zakopane. Additionally some will struggle to actually get up the incline to the house (see point below) - what gives the house such beautiful views is also what makes accessing it quite tricky. The house is built up the hill and the path that links the main road to the parking spaces outside the house is very very steep with loose gravel. Some non 4x4 cars will struggle (and in winter you will need chains), several Ubers refused to drive up and walking up (especially with a young child) can be tricky/result in falls. I've been told it will be paved over once the new houses are built but for now it is what it is. - this last point applies to non-Polish speaking guests only. While booking.com does state that additional charges apply for sauna and jacuzzi, the exact info regarding the price is only given in the Polish description.

* Pre-arrival communication was not the best. A query we sent in the week leading to our stay went unanswered. I am unsure whether this was an issue with the booking.com messaging system (though it did work both before and after), the subject of the query (we were following up on one of the reviews from August 2025 stating noisy building work was taking place at the back and wanted to check if that will be the case when we're there) or the fact that the query was in English (not all members of our booking party speak English!) - either way this did not give the best first impression. Thankfully, once there, communication with the onsite manager was superb (apparently the booking.com messages go to the owner not her). * Several of the towels and robes provided were dirty/had yellow looking stains on them. We've notified the manager and she was super apologetic and ready to rectify, but this is not something that we would have expected from a place that markets itself as a place with a touch of luxury.

Großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch. Große Terrasse. Blick auf die Berge. Die Villa ist in gutem Zustand.

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist zu steil. Sauna und Jacuzzi sind gegen Aufpreis, der Preis ist sehr hoch. Es gibt keinen Raum zum Trocknen von Skiern und Kleidung. Die Baustelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Es gibt nur zwei Parkplätze. Es gibt keinen privaten Bereich am Jacuzzi.
