Great location. Decent breakfast. Spacious room, not as nice as expected maybe, but absolutely fine. Decent communication with staff over WhatsApp. Sadly never checked out the pool.

Weird loud sound throughout the night on first night which made it impossible to sleep. However, once staff heard of that, they immediately found the source and fixed it, so our second night was peaceful.

Great location in old town, close to a supermarket and main streets. Was on a pedestrian road. Nice rooftop to chill during a hot day. Friendly staff. Interesting paintings for sale. Cute cats:)

Lack of kitchen utensils, e.g. lighter for a stove, kitchen towel, cleaning products. A/C was too close to the bed.

Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us, letting us leave part of our luggage during a trip to Parque Tayrona, and graciously allowing us to take a shower after we returned and before going to the airport. The room had a lovely cozy decoration and the facilities were totally adequate. The restaurant on the ground floor offered tasty comfort food. Location was great, still in old town but not in the thick of it. So at least for us it was quiet (by Colombian standards, of course.) WiFi was good.

It’s close to the center and easy check in

There is a street close by. It is quiet at night, but gets busy early morning. People beep and we couldn’t sleep after 7am
