Very convenient and safe. When the power went out, the staff was quick to repair the issue. My train to Bari kept getting delayed, too, yet the IRON folks were generous about waiting for me.
The motion-activated lights in common areas were rather slow to respond, and as I was the only guest for a couple of days there, it seemed a bit creepy.
