Erg goede locatie met meerdere restaurants op loop afstand, vooral La Cecca is een aanrader. Ook korte reistijd met de auto naar Lucca en Pisa. Goed werkende koude airco in de kamer. Parkeren op eigen terrein achter poort is mogelijk. Host is erg vriendelijk en spreekt Engels. Ontbijt was goed met verse croissants.
Het zwembad is niet de schoonste vergeleken met andere b&b's. Veel muggen in deze regio, host heeft hier wel meerdere anti-muggen sprays voor staan. Verder veel regels vanuit de b&b via een vooraf in te vullen Google Forms formulier, waaronder de regel dat er geen eigen afval op het terrein weggegooid mag worden wat erg onhandig is. Deze regels staan niet zichtbaar op Booking bij de huisregels, dit gaat buiten Booking om. Er is geen dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer zoals je wel zou verwachten. Parkeren met meerdere gasten tegelijk is krap met parkeren/wegrijden.
