Nice stay
Nice, smaller appartment. But clean and exactly what we rented en knew we had rented. A bit further from the centre of Hinterglemm, but that also was knowm when we rented it. The Photos tell you exactly how it is. The hot water in the shower was superb.
We felt the kitchen was what outdated but was functional and when you open the tap in the kitchen, you could really hear the plumbing. A bit awkward when you get up at night to travel early. Afraid to disturb people. The couch was not so comfortable. Apart from those really minor details: nice appartment, at a 10 minute walk from the center. Zwölfkögel elevetaor close by however. Do read the instructions of obtaining the entrance key very well. We got all confused and it took us more than an hour to realise the key locker is at another building.

De ligging is perfect. En de ruimte is groot genoeg
Kraan in de keuken maakt herrie en het water in de douche liep niet goed weg door het putje. Waardoor je in een plas water stond te douchen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut.
Das Appartement liegt im Ersgeschoss direkt neben dem Eingang und unterhalb ist der Skikeller. Es ist sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt im Stiegenhaus. Über uns würde an 2 Tagen eine Party gefeiert, man hörte jeden Schritt und die laute Musik durch. Die Küche ist ziemlich alt, sowie das Inventar. Der Kühlschrank ist uralt und ziemlich laut in der Nacht. Im Bad war Schimmel an den Fugen zw. den Fliesen. Es war ziemlich viel altes Zeug im Appartment. Es ist dringend notwendig das Appartment mal zu entrümpeln und zu sanieren…

Chaotische Schlüsselübergabe, Extrem lauter Kühlschrank. Gute Lage zum Skifahren.
Die Lage ist gut, Parkplatz etc. hat alles super funktioniert. Direkt an der Piste und fußläufig in's Zentrum
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben 2 (!) Stunden benötigt um mit dem Vermieter Keynote eine Übergabe zu organisieren. Wir standen 2 Stunden bei minus 8 Grad vor dem Haus und kamen nicht rein und haben dadurch unseren ersten Abend verspätet gestartet. Das Problem ist laut Nachbarn im Haus wohl bekannt - für den Preis nicht okay. Der Kühlschrank in der Ferienwohnung ist uralt und dementsprechend laut. Da die Küche keine Tür hat, wird man jedes mal wach wenn er wieder das kühlen anfängt. Er ist ca. so laut wie ein startendes Auto. Das muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über keine Spülmaschine. Man muss sich also darauf verlassen dass die Vermieter ordentlich abgespült haben. Allgemeine Sauberkeit Mittelmaß.
