Very good
Fantastic location, 5 minutes on foot from a chair lift. Check-in procedure includes a keybox so you can get there at any time you want. The apartment was very clean. Unlimited hot water on demand.
Shower door wouldn't seal completely. The kitchen could do with some more basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar etc.

Goede locatie, slechte klachtenafhandeling en communicatie
Locatie van het appartement is goed. Op loopafstand (met skischoenen) van de "12er kogel" gondel.
Klachtenafhandeling is erg slecht. De afvoer van de douche was verstopt en zou na contact met de accommodatie beheerder gerepareerd worden. Uiteindelijk is er niks gerepareerd en op vragen/berichten werd niet meer gereageerd. Het kan gebeuren dat een afvoer verstopt raakt, maar bij een basisvoorziening als een douche moet dit direct opgelost worden. 4 dagen niet kunnen douchen is niet acceptabel. Ook het afhalen van de sleutel ging niet helemaal goed. De code op het sleutelkastje was al op de juiste code gedraaid, waardoor iedereen het kastje kon openmaken. Bij openen van het kastje zat er ook maar 1 sleutel in, terwijl ons verteld was dat er 2 sleutels klaar zouden liggen. Vanwege de al ingevulde code zou het zomaar kunnen dat iemand de sleutel gepakt heeft en toegang gehad heeft tot het appartement tijdens onze vakantie. De beheerder vond dit niet waarschijnlijk, maar kon er ook geen verklaring voor geven.
