Fanstatic villa for a group of 8 friends, good value for money, walking distance to a couple of beach clubs

It needs some maintenance - I sliced my hand open on a broken pool tile. Very leaky air conditioning, which we raised with the owner, who visits very often.

Big family holiday

The whole villa was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, the pool was huge and gradually got deeper the further in you went. The garden was amazing, sun hit it all day long, rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the area and was walking distance from the beach

Great family stay at the villa.

The villa was clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. We loved the pool and the privacy and enjoyed many hours outside relaxing in the garden. Santiago was very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and was available for us to contact anytime. He also kept the garden and pool clean and tidy for us. The beach was only a five minute walk from the villa and we walked in to San Pedro a few times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Perfect for a big group, friends trip or family holiday!

The location was great! Not too far from Purteo Banus in a taxi/Uber (15 mins) but also close to a beach with a couple of nice beach restaurants also a convenience store about 15 minute walk

Need more sun beds as there wasn’t enough for all of us. Have flagged this with the property host so hopefully he will sort this issue for the next Guests!

A fantastic villa with a wonderful host! We will definetly be back again.

The property is in a great location. A short walk to the beach and lovely restaurants and a short taxi ride into town. The Villa was clean and the host even came during our stay to make sure the pool was as it should be. We came as a group but I will definitely look into returning with my family as both the Villa and location are perfect even with children. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Villa was in a nice quiet location very secure and the pool was lovely

Beds where a little hard and there was a damp smell around but it wasn’t main season so can only presume as it was our do season it hadn’t been used much. The place is dated but it was clean and tidy

the property was amazing just what I wanted value for money was great the pool was really good and social areas too host was great and was able to offer us early check in and late check out which we really appreciated and got to have a nice relaxing end to our holiday would definitely come back to stay location was amazing too Ubers and taxis found this location absolutely fine and not too much of a journey to the pubs and clubs

Fantastic villa

We were a group of 10 and found the villa to be very spacious, it was clean and had all the amenities you could need. The pool was great and the garden got lots of sun all day round. Santiago was a great host.

The nearest supermarket was a 17 minute walk, which is quite a trek if you are carrying several bottles of water and other heavy items. We also had problems with taxis not being able to find the address, we gave the taxi driver the address that is stated on booking.com but they kept going to a completely different place. We ended up giving the drivers the street that runs pararell and this solved the problem.

we had lovely weather and enjoyed relaxing at the pool

the garden was lovely and parking great

it would be such a lovely house, but all the equipment does need updating. it’s old, tired or not working properly. No toiletries. an oven installed so high you need a ladder to use it, entry bell not working, handle on bedroom door not working, coffee maker takes 45 min to make a pot, toaster not working and replaced with one that would only toast one slice at a time, no indoor broom, no pool towels. The caretaker is a very pleasant man, but we didn’t really appreciate him coming round every two days.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa while attending a wedding in the area. The villa was very clean and very spacious with lots of rooms. The pool was beautiful and very clean! Santiago was very friendly and very helpful for anything we needed.

Incredible hen weekend

The villa was absolutely unreal and perfect for us staying for our friends hen do. would highly recommend. the pool was lovely and the facilities were perfect. Host was also so friendly and welcoming.

Excellent

Located in a lovely residential area, 10 minute walk from the supermarket and 10 minutes from beach. When we arrived our check in time wasn’t going to be before 5pm but we were able to drop our luggage off and head to the beach for the afternoon, and was shown which way to go to the beach and supermarket. Very friendly when we arrived. The house was clean. Had the pool cleaned on Monday while we was there but he had been and gone before we woke up. Communication was good and checking out easy. Very secure location with key lock to the gate. Kitchen fully equipped for what we needed. Large rooms and beautiful balcony. We got sun in the garden and on the pool throughout the day. Pool was a good size.

Emplacement idéal proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. C’est un endroit calme. Santiago est très sympathique et très disponible.

La maison mériterait de la rénovation notamment au niveau de la cuisine et la salle de bain du haut, les lits ne son pas confortables. Le ménage n’est pas correctement fait, dans une chambre du bas on avait des cafards !!! Il y a beaucoup d’humidité et des odeurs dans les placards de la cuisine. Il n’y a que 4 vrais chambres et 3 salles de bain.
