The hotel is beautiful.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
The breakfast was large and plentiful.
The spa facilities were very nice.
The shower pressure is quite low and was the same in our friends room so I think that may be a hotel wide issue.
The location is a little far out from the town but the hotel itself is beautiful and taxis are very cheap if you don’t fancy the walk.

Great hotel with an excellent breakfast and a nice spa area. There’s a pool heated to 30 °C, along with a sauna and a hot tub, which makes it perfect for relaxing.
All day you can make yourself a coffee at the reception.
Parking is free if you manage to find a spot in front of the hotel.
BE AWARE: If you’re coming to Krakow by car, be aware that you need to register for the city’s Low Emission Zone!
There was no fresh juice at the breakfast. The breakfast coffee is meh. Location is OK. During our stay the tram did not run so we could only Uber to the city center.

Amazing room, super clean and lovely housekeeping staff
We came here 3 years ago also for 1 night and arrived late for checkout after spa was closed. We wanted to use the spa as we were about to checkout like we dis the last time but this time it was not allowed. When i told the staff when we were checking out that this was dissapointing their answer was “oh ok”
Also received a bizzare message from the hotel on booking after check in.
No that its a big deal but the room was missing a bottle opener and i tried calling the reception 4-5 times with no answer which i find strange for a 4* hotel.
Overall, could have left very happy guests if we were allowed to use the spa on the day of our check out which was apparently too big of a deal.
