Een zeer ruim appartement met balkon, zeezicht en eigen parkeerplaats, aan het strand. Op loopafstand van Peniscola.
Het appartement is minder geschikt voor verblijf in de winter. Het is een ouder gebouw zonder eigen verwarming. De hostes was zo vriendelijk om twee kleine mobiele radiatoren te geven, maar dit was te weinig om het appartement aangenaam te verwarmen. Verder is het gebouw erg oud (het appartement zelf is met veel aandacht voor detail ingericht en prima onderhouden).

Alles ist einfach perfekt! Der Vermieter Carlos ist supernett, das Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr groß , viel Platz, alles sehr gepflegt und supersauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Nachts beim Schlafen hört man das Meer rauschen - wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, komplett ausgestattet mit Liege, Tisch und Stühlen. Die Wohnung liegt im im zweiten Stock und hat viel Sonne und ist im Februar sehr ruhig. Wir werden sehr gerne hier wieder dem Winter entfliehen.
