Villa Etna Pippo

The house is located outside the town and is convenient to go to nearby area like Taormina. The interior decoration makes us feel at home and plenty of space inside and outside the house.

One of the room is without air conditioning and insufficient socket is a minor drawback.

Posizione fantastica per girare i dintorni, ambiente estremamente tranquillo e bella vista panoramica. La villa è molto spaziosa e l'ottima pulizia è stato un aspetto decisamente apprezzabile. Buona la presenza dell'aria condizionata in soggiorno e al piano superiore nelle camere per i bambini.

Purtroppo la casa pecca nella gestione e nella manutenzione generale. All'arrivo la proprietaria non era presente perché fuori. Abbiamo riscontrato subito l'assenza di acqua calda per la bombola del gas esaurita; la proprietaria si è attivata facendo consegnare due bombole il giorno successivo (siamo arrivati di domenica pomeriggio), ma a causa di una probabile perdita dai raccordi anche la nuova si è svuotata in fretta, costringendomi a sostituirla di persona con quella di scorta che ci eravamo fatti portare per la cucina (anch'essa quasi finita). Essendo estate la cosa è stata gestibile, ma resta un disagio. In aggiunta, la connessione Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato, il copriwater del bagno al piano terra aveva i perni rotti ed era completamente staccato. Anche l'arredo esterno avrebbe bisogno di attenzione: le sedie si smontavano (ci è stato detto a fine soggiorno che ce n'erano altre in garage non sistemate dalla persona delle pulizie). Una villa con un potenziale enorme che, con una cura e una manutenzione più attente, meriterebbe voti molto più alti.

Komunikacja w języku angielskim i hiszpańskim a można jeszcze po francusku i włosku.Dom czysty ze wszystkim co potrzebne do normalnego funkcjonowania na dużej ogrodzonej działce.Villa zapewnia ciszę,spokój oraz bezpieczeństwo do szerokiej kamienistej plaży około 10 - 15 minut samochodem,W miasteczku kilka kawiarni i restauracji w bardzo dobrych cenach ,dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania wschodniej części wyspy

There was a nice view and I am very thankful that the owner organised us the chair for the baby.

It is very like an abonded house of someone's dead grandparents. It is like a dusty time capsule. First, it was hard to find it and when I found it, I wasn't sure if it is the place,because it had long grass around it etc. Main reason why we wanted this house, was to let our kid play outside, but the grass was longer than him! Inside there was this funny smell and everything was rather dusty and since I have a dust allergy, I was sneezing and had runny eyes. It's full of stuff! Like pointless garbage - clocks without batteries, cardboard boxes etc. Just random stuff. It looks really abonded. Dishes were all very dirty. Everything sticky. The owner was a funny lady - one way I feel sorry for her - she has lost her husband and clearly has trouble to move on and clean the house from their past. Other way - the way she talks, blaiming everybody else, talking badly about guests - she has no respect for the guests. Guests are there to get her money and that's it. Guests are not welcomed. I really feel she doesn't like people in her museum- house and we also didn't like being here. It has been so far my most awful booking.com experience and I have been travelling a lot.
