Park View Terrace

Lovely apartment, good size for family of 4 with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Short walk to station. Onsite parking,

The room could have been a little cleaner but bedding and towels spotless. The balcony also needed a clean.

Very neat and tidy, great shower with excellent water pressure, the layout and features were well designed, although I've never seen something like that low-ceiling mezzanine floor inside the unit - cool though. The balcony was amazing with awesome views! As a bonus we discovered there's a mini zoo on the top floor and a rooftop terrace with even more amazing 360 degree views as well as some of the zoo animals having a place to rest. Easy check-in, great system to get into the room with a room code.

We really loved everything, so I can't think of anything I didn't like. If I have to find something that wasn't perfect, it was that there's very little space around the bed and the steps to the mezzanine floor quite narrow & steep.

Staff was accommodating. Allowed us to leave our luggage prior to checkin. Also our assigned room smelled like cigarette smoke despite the property being non-smoking. We raised this concern and the front desk immediately changed our room. 5 - 7 min walk to Yeongjong station. Luggage friendly commute. Hotel also provides quick directions to the new GTX-A line via bus 070B, to Goyang Stadium, and /or to ICN / GMP.

We opted for lake view but there really wasn't any lake / water as it seemed like it was being renovated. The park was nice though. Bike-able, walkable city with lots of restaurants nearby (but not very clean due to locals smoking and leaving cigarette butts)

Great location, everything was close by and comfortable for the five of us, including our three kids. The small garden was beautiful. We would definitely book this apartment again next year.
