Villa Sayang Sanur VIII

Love the location. Staff are excellent. Cannot fault them in any way. Always willing to assist and friendly.

Needs a little bit of updating. Bathrooms have quite a bit of moisture around tiles. Mould on the blinds.

La villa 8 est fantastique (les autres sont l'air très bien aussi), la piscine privée est suffisament grande et la piscine publique de l'hotel est immense et très propre L'hotel est à 5 minutes de la plage et de ses restaurants L'équipe de masseuses est géniale

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur et le restaurant avec lequel collabore l'hotel est moyen

Great location. Wonderful Villa. Great service from the employees. Special call out to Arista and Yani at the front desk who helped with following up on the noise issue I was experiencing (a noisy water motor), and also Vito and Arim who were helpful with maintaining the villa, with Vito being part of the team that attended late evening to get the pump fixed. The breakfast options were reasonable but could expand with a few more options, for variety. Lovely large common pool area.

On the first night I noticed a deep hum that would turn on and off. I reported to front desk/handyman (it was midnight) and they advised they will get an engineer to look at it. The next day I reported again at 7am before leaving for the day. Unfortunately when I got home the noise had not been fixed. I reported once more to front desk and this time they promptly got some engineers to come and they promptly climbed on the roof and replaced with a new motor, which fixed the issue. Would be good if it could be done promptly without my follow up, but at the end of the day I am satisfied it got done and I had a good nights sleep the second night onwards.

Villa was very clean Vini and his cleaning partner were very friendly and obliging and great cleaners Food at the restaurant was very nice Breakfast was very good
