An exceptional stay!

What an amazing stay at the boat shed!!! Michelle the host was fabulous and very accommodating. The house was spotlessly clean and warm with a very well equipped kitchen and washing facilities. The views looking out to Croagh Patrick are spectacular. The location of the boat shed makes it so relaxing, it almost feels like a retreat. Looking forward to going back, what a gem!

One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in.

The Boat Shed is simply wonderful. Very comfortable, the facilities are great and the view is stunning. A short and pretty 20-25min walk into town where you are spoilt with an abundance of lovely bars and restaurants.

Only three small things. No blind on the window in the upstairs bedroom. Not enough hangers and no hanging rail in one bedroom.

The Boat Shed was perfect providing for all our needs. Short drive took us to town, restaurants etc

We prepared our own breakfast in the beautifully designed and outfitted kitchen. We were a family of five adults and the Boat House was spacious, clean and each had their own bed and the 2 baths easily aloud us to prepare for our days adventures.

I can’t think of a thing we were missing. We had beautiful views of the mountains, flowering gardens and new born lambs could be seen scampering about in near by fields. The unit had a washer and drier, which was a bonus. The on line photos displayed on their site were accurate.

Fabulous trip

our stayed was fabulous from even before we got their the guys were messaging us to make sure everything went okay with our arrival. When we got to the property we could not believe how gorgeous it was an absolutely spotlessly clean. The property is so well furnished we had such a great time - I cannot fault our stay there.

The boat shed was a fabulous place to stay.

The boat shed was excellent. Handily placed for Westport and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also a good base for visiting places along the wild Atlantic way. The bedrooms and shower rooms are large, the kitchen had everything we needed and essentials were provided - dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, washing up liquid etc. A couple bottles of wine was a nice touch. The hosts are great and helped with advice on what to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Fantastic!! A beautiful place to stay!

The location is perfect, it’s not too far from the town centre 25 min walk, and is isolated enough to feel away from everything so relaxing and peaceful. The place itself is finished to a very high standard and it felt very homely. It had everything you’d need there including the essentials, hairdryer, iron etc. The owners left friendly welcoming touches as well. Loved our four legged friend, furry neighbour. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great relaxing break.

Beautiful newly built house. Very warm and cosy. Great views of Croagh Patrick mountain and easy walking distance to Westport town. Also easy access down a country road to the cycling greenway. Enjoyed lots of day trips.

The weather wasn't great when we were there but we made the best of it. Would be great in Spring, Summer.
