It was great but we had some issues.

Apartment was clean, modern and light. In this flat I felt comfortable.

As we were four adults staying there, other couple did not enjoy the separate beds, sad that there wasn’t another roll up mattress. We wasn’t happy about coffee note that said “ coffee for 2€” because we had to buy cooking oil, toilet paper and baking paper. There was high humidity in the apartment, and one radiator wasn’t working, so the other couple wasn’t happy at all.

Great base to explore Copenhagen and Malmö.

Quiet neighborhood close to the tram line and the beach. Comfortable beds, nice apartment and views being on the top floor. This is our second stay here and it was exceptional both times.

Construction was going on so was a bit noisy at times, but nothing too bad.

Comfortable enough

Quiet residential area near the airport and metro. Good communication from Yun although entry instructions were not forwarded in time, we had a bit of a hanging around waiting for it on arrival. There is a garden but we didn't use it.

Not possible to keep windows properly open with blinds down. We were quite hot in the night. And darkness is very short in the summer, so good light blocking would have been welcome. It would be pretty tight fit for 6 people, just about big enough for 4. Lots of strict instructions starting with, if I correctly remember " no prostitution". I guess that must have been a problem sometime, but I never seen an instruction list like that. Also " must bring 500 euros in cash for check in". This was completely unnecessary as no-one was waiting for us at checking in and no-one checked us out, it was all a key-code by email arrangement. Quite irritating as we had to change money into euros, which we would not have done otherwise. This instruction is only given after payment is taken for the property rental. There were two simultaneous parties on a Thursday night in the neighborhood, pretty loud music and people having fun. It stopped abruptly at 11 pm, so not a real problem for us, but beware.

Lovely and clean property in a great location for Ironman, in close proximity to the railway line so easy to get into the city and to the airport.

Top floor was a little difficult with luggage but apart from that it was great.

We had a great time in Copenhagen and our stay in the apartment was a big part of it.

Great location, with easy access to public transport. Jan was a super friendly and helpful host, making us feel very welcome.

Everything exceeded our expectations, nothing negative to add at all.

Location was perfect for Metro. Comfortable & clean.

The shower was a challenge. Needs improvement & so too does bathroom. Bit unfair have to pay for coffee pods. Not as big as photos made out. Bit dated but clean.

Bequeme Couch. Gute Betten. Wasser im Waschbecken lief bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig ab. Innerhalb von 2 Stunden war es repariert. Top.

Sehr gute FeWo - würden wir wieder buchen

Ruhige Lage außerhalb des Zentrums - nahe gelegene Metro-Stationen - Supermarkt ist auch fußläufig erreichbar - sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter - der Weg bis zum Strand ist auch kurz - die nahe am Haus verlaufende Metro (oberirdisch) stört nicht - gleiches gilt für den nahe gelegenen Flughafen - für eine Familie ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung, wenn man berücksichtigt, das Kopenhagen ohnehin ein teures Pflaster ist

Die Wohnungstür ging nicht leise zu öffnen und zu schließen - die Zimmertüren klapperten bei Zugluft - der vor Ort bereitgestellte Kaffee könnte inklusive sein - die Betten und Kopfkissen könnten besser sein

top ausgerüstet und die Lage genial denn man 5 Minuten zum Strand oder zur Ubahn in die Stadt

wir hatten Pech dass genau zu dieser Zeit im Keller Umbauten im Gang waren. Deshalb wurden wir am Morgen mit Baulärm geweckt. Nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin wurde dann am 2. Tag später gestartet. Sehr cool für uns ☺️

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach nur schön.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schon im Vorfeld sehr unkompliziert. Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es entsprach alles den Fotos auf Booking.com. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
