The apartment is lovely and clean. Has a cooker, washing machine, fridge, and hot water! So grateful for that. The location is fantastic! Everything is close by and the restaurant below is amazing! Go for a short walk to find more food places though. Pharmacy downstairs too. The guy who gave us the key was extremely helpful.
No microwave, not many utensils, no tea and coffee, no pans - pots only. The owner did not answer our phone call on time. There was a delay in picking up our keys. Lack of parking spots as the area can get very busy. There is a 24hr car wash downstairs which can be annoying for some people but was fine for us.
The bed is hard. No iron so couldn't wear my highly creased clothes.

Comfortable beds, new apartment studio number 205 had nice view from kitchen window. The location is good .
A microwave will be useful.

The location is great, clean, and for excellent value. Central to Salalah with easy access to shops and a gas station close by. For those who love off roading and outdoor adventure, there's a car wash nearby.
The staff at the property wasn't the most friendly and we had to ask several times for some supplies like tissues and soap
