All the Comfortable extras, cleaner, coffee extra has to be paid for over and above... should be complimentary. Netflix didn't work when others were on account

Spacious
There’s mold in the bathroom. Check-out is at 10 o’clock, which is absolutely fine -there are even instructions on the fridge stating that if you remain on the premises past check-out time, there’s an additional cost of 250 every 5 minutes. We understood and respected that. However, I didn’t appreciate receiving a message from the host as early as 7 a.m. asking what time the cleaners could come. I replied “after 10,” which is after check-out time, but the host continued to insist that I be specific, reminding me again about the 250 fee every 5 minutes. It felt unnecessary and made me feel rushed. Even though I was already aware of the check-out policy, I felt as though I was being treated like someone who planned to overstay — which was not the case. My advice to the host, send the cleaners after 10… 10:01 that is.
